Although Andrew has been around the meat industry most of his life, his professional career started in 1996 with IBP/Tyson Fresh Meats. Starting out, he managed pork operations then moved into sales for the Southeast region and then on to the Midwest region until December of 2003. Over the next 3 years he gained valuable experience with two different companies dealing in supply chain management, pork purchasing, marketing and customer service, where he developed a knowledge of domestic and global markets. Currently he focuses on international business for Midwest Premier Foods and MPF LLC, with his specialty being the pork market with expertise in sow cuts and products coming from smaller carcasses.
